Who we are

Propeller Recruitment is a specialist aviation recruitment consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. We act as data controller for the candidate information we hold.

What we collect

When you apply to a role, contact us through our website, email us your CV directly, message us on LinkedIn, or send your CV via WhatsApp, we collect your CV and any contact details or notes arising from our conversations.

Why we hold it

We hold your CV and details to consider you for current and future roles in aviation. Aviation is a specialist, relatively small sector, and candidates often become the right fit for a role months or years after we first hear from you.

Legal basis

When you send your CV to Propeller Recruitment, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate business interests, so we can match you with current and future aviation roles. We have assessed that this interest is balanced fairly against your rights (see our Legitimate Interest Assessment, held internally).

How long we keep it

We retain CVs on file to consider you for current and future roles in aviation. We review our candidate database regularly and remove records that are inactive, out of date, or no longer required for our recruitment work.

Sharing your CV

We never share your CV with a client without contacting you first and getting your confirmation for that specific opportunity.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your details. Email john@propellerrecruitment.ie and we will action this promptly.
